General Assembly
The General Assembly is the supreme governing body of the Association, and it is composed of all of the partners.
The meetings of the General Assembly can be ordinary and extraordinary.
The regular meeting is held once a year and special meetings shall be held when circumstances warrant, in the opinion of the President, when the Board decides, or when proposed in writing by one-tenth of the members.
The powers of the General Assembly Meeting are:
- To approve, if appropriate, the management of the Board.
- Review and approve budgets for the year and annual accounts.Appointment of the Board and its officers, as well as honorary members.
- Fix regular or special assessments, taking into account the proposals made by the Board.
- Approval of the agreement to form a Federation of Associations or join a federation, confederation or entity with similar characteristics, both nationally and internationally.
- Removal of members on a proposal from the Board.
- Application in order to get the declaration of public utility.
- Provision and transfer of immovable property.
- To approve the Internal Regulations of the association.
- Decide on the remuneration, if any, members of the Board.
- Any other non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Extraordinary General Meeting or the Board.
- Corresponds to the Extraordinary General Assembly amending the Constitution and the dissolution of the Association.
