Professional development in the industry: new topic of the Working Group

The topics of education and training were always among EDA’s top priorities. And that will be the main focus of our Working Group in 2024!

The shortage of skilled labour has been a prominent concern within the industry for the past several years. Thus, to address the issue, the EDA is reactivating its Working Group on Education.

The group will present and share information about how to identify the different roles, their responsibilities, and the basic job skills and training needed at each level. Later in the year, it will present a special guide on the topic, explore the different career opportunities, and offer the possibilities to promote it.
