The EDA Convention in Dublin comes to a close

The EDA Annual Convention 2026 in Dublin has concluded as a major success, bringing together a truly international community of professionals from across the demolition, decontamination, and recycling sectors.

Over three days, the Croke Park Stadium became the focal point for technical exchange, industry debate, and collaboration, offering a complete program with high-level conference sessions, specialist workshops, and an exhibition area that remained consistently active with networking and partner engagement.

This year’s program covered a lot of topics, from circular economy applications and nuclear decommissioning to digital technologies, regulatory developments, and large-scale industrial and offshore case studies. In addition, the diversity of speakers and perspectives once again underlined the global nature of the sector and the shared challenges shaping its future.

The Welcome Cocktail and Dinner at the Guinness Storehouse encouraged informal networking and strengthened connections within the EDA community. The leisure programme also supported engagement among participants through sightseeing of Dublin’s landmarks, concluding with a lunch at The Church restaurant.

EDA extends its sincere thanks to all speakers, delegates, partners, and sponsors whose support made this edition possible.

We are looking forward to meeting you at the next edition, the EDA Annual Convention 2027 in Athens, Greece, that will take place from June 10 to 12, 2027.
