HUSQVARNA CONSTRUCTION introduces its largest-ever class of remote-controlled DXR demolition robots, DXR 705 and DXR 715.
The new machines fill a gap in the market, delivering all the power and reach of heavier demolition robots but with less of the bulk. This gives customers more ways to fast-forward through all kinds of tough demolition and industrial jobs – and make a great return on investment. The complete DXR range now comprises seven different remote-controlled demolition robots to meet different customer demands.
DXR 705 and DXR 715 weigh several hundred kilos less than demolition robots with similar power. As a result, customers have more versatility to take on demanding jobs in confined, high-risk and hard-to-access areas.
DXR 705 is a large, powerful demolition robot optimised for heavy-duty demolition and industrial applications. Offering more power per ton than similar machines, it can be equipped with heavy breakers and crushers for high productivity, even in dark, confined areas. Other attachments such as buckets, grapplers and drum cutters further enhance the robot’s versatility.
DXR 715 features an extended boom arm, making it ideal for demolition and industrial environments where long reach, easy access and reliable performance are critical. Applications include cleaning, industrial demolition, tunnelling and mining applications.
“These two new DXR machines weigh under five tons, but they deliver power and performance to challenge much larger machines,” says Daniel Lundberg, Global Product Manager, Light Demolition.
DXR 705 and DXR 715 may be purchased or leased for a fixed period via Husqvarna operational lease, which includes insurance (with a competitive deductible), maintenance and, if desired, repairs.
