ASBESTOS 2015: the unique asbestos trade show

The event was held for first time on April 15th and 16th, 2015, in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, with the presence of the Dutch Demolition Association, VERAS, member of EDA, as an exhibitor.
ASBESTOS 2015 is a professional trade show focusing on asbestos, where the most important companies and organizations involved in this industry met in order to improve the scientific knowledge about this material.
Certifying institutes, installation firms, insurance companies and manufacturers of asbestos substitutes were the attendants that had the opportunity to learn more about new cleaning techniques with the participation of remediation companies as exhibitors.
The asbestos industry is faced with the challenge of handling asbestos carefully, manageably and affordably, and for all of these stakeholders, the ASBESTOS 2015 trade show was a great opportunity to explore innovations in the field of asbestos technology.
But the event was not only strictly for asbestos companies; the trade show was also quite interesting for installation companies, construction and building maintenance companies, construction consultancies, owners associations, insulation installation companies and architects.
After this edition, there is already a date for the next one, ASBESTOS 2016, that will be again in Rotterdam, in April 6th and 7th.
