This case story will be explained by Mr. Vittorio Omini, Operations Manager of the Italian company F.lli Omini S.p.A.
Mr. Omini is in the company since 2004, and some of his responsibilities at job are to plan and direct operations and improve productivity, efficiency and security.
He is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, profitability and security of the single demolition site as of the company.
Some of the most important jobs he has managed in the last five years can be the demolition of turbine building in a nuclear site at Caorso, Piacenza (Italy), the Demolition LAB Plant at Porto Torres, Sassari (Italy) or the demolition of Concordia Wreck at Genoa Port (Italy), choosen to be presented in the EDA 2016 Annual Convention.
