It is my wish to begin this presentation sending kind regards to all the members of the world of demolition, whether they are businessmen, suppliers, advisers, or intervenors in any of the many activities that surround our sector.
Many of them I have already had the pleasure of meeting during the years of activity and attendance at the Conventions of EDA and NDA, and the others, I hope to meet them in the future.
At the EDA 2018 convention recently held in Vienna, we had the opportunity to count on interesting presentations and the presence of old friends and people who come to our meetings for the first time. We hope to continue counting on them in the future.
My intention as EDA President is, along with the Secretariat, Board of members and all those that participate in our trade, to face the challenges in the future and, if possible, to anticipate the matters with a prospective vision.
For that, it will be of great help to continue and develop the work so splendidly developed by my predecessor in office and my dear friend William Sinclair.
I would like to draw your attention to the Think Tank that is being held in Brussels on October 10th. The object of the same is the equipment for demolition and is organized in cooperation with the Committee for European Construction Equipment, CECE. The attendance is open and free, so that all those who are interested can come.
