DA organizes a very successful 20th Demolition Conference in Berlin

The 20^th Demolition conference was celebrated on March 28^th – 29^th at the Hotel Intercontinental in Berlin, Germany.

Since 1995, every March, Berlin hosted the German Demolition Conference.

In 2011, the German Demolition Association (DA – DEUSTCHER ABBRUCHWERBAND EV) took over this traditional event.

Around 20 presentations ensured a quick and varied series of current and interesting topics on the subject of demolition.

The speakers were recognised experts and practitioners and report on the latest developments and innovations in the areas of technology, removal of toxic waste, recycling, health & safety and accident prevention.

On Friday, the “dialogue evening” provided all participants an optimal opportunity to consolidate existing contacts and make new ones in an informal atmosphere.

Over 700 visitors and 80 exhibitors take part in Europe’s largest trade convention on demolition.

The Convention was visited by demolition contractors, engineering offices, representatives of public authorities and site managers.
