EDA 2012 Gala Dinner will take place at the magnificent Meistersaal

EDA 2012 Convention is around the corner, and, as well as the proffesional contents, we would like to show you some of the leisure activities that you will enjoy during this year’s gathering.

This year, Berlin Meistersaal will provide the historic, beautiful, and delightful framework for our traditional Gala Dinner, just near Postdamer Platz.

For 100 years the Meistersaal embodies the powerful tension between tradition and modernity.

A wide range of major artists like Kurt Tucholsky, Peter Alexander, David Bowie or U2 have graced this venue and drawn inspiration from its unique atmosphere.

During the Roaring Twenties, the Meistersaal became a hub for some of the greatest artists of the time, not least because of its distinctive flair and particular suitability for musical performances of all kind.

The ballroom stage will this time see the performance of some nice live music, which will delight each guest and will create for sure an ideal atmosphere for chat, fun and dance.

Gala dinner will be held on Friday, June 15th. A bus will depart from the Esplanade Hotel at 19:00.
