The British National Association and member of EDA, the National Federation of Demolition Contractors (NFDC), celebrated another successful Annual Convention in Estoril, Portugal and EDA President was invited to attend.
The event brought members, partners and industry guests together for a weekend of industry discussion, networking and fundraising. A major highlight of the weekend was the Convention charity auction, which raised an impressive £16,600 for charitable causes. The result reflected the generosity of NFDC members and guests and the strong sense of community that continues to sit at the heart of the Federation.
The Convention’s Business Meeting formed a key part of the programme, giving members an update on the Federation’s work and progress throughout the year.
NFDC President Adrian Corrigan said:
“It was fantastic to see so many members, partners and guests come together for this year’s Convention. These events are about much more than the programme itself; they give us the opportunity to share experiences, build relationships and celebrate the strong community we have within the NFDC.
The Convention also welcomed guests from across the wider international community, including Mr Patrick Frye, President of EDA, whose participation further strengthened the international dimension of the event.
