About ECCREDI
ECCREDI (the European Council for Construction Research, Development and Innovation) was established in 1995 with the ambition to bring together the major construction federations, representing contractors, engineering, consultants, architects, research bodies,..
Over the last decade, ECCREDI has been very active in building a constructive partnership with the EC in defending construction RTD interests and putting the construction industry firmly on the innovation agenda of the EU Framework Programmes and H2020.
In this respect, ECCREDI initiated in 2004 the establishment of ECTP, the European Construction, built environment and energy efficient building Technology Platform.
