This document, where the Syndicat National des Enterprises de Demolition, SNED, member of EDA, has participated, is focus on dust exposure, among other topics.
The aim of this guide is to capitalize on good practices on demolition sites: on one hand to reduce operators’ exposure to dust and on the other hand to reduce emissions in the environment.
It is designed to raise awareness of dust exposures among companies, building owners and contractors and to inform them about appropriate techniques of prevention.
The guide was drafted in the framework of a partnership between the INRS, French Research and Safety Institute; CNAMTS, French Sickness Insurance Fund for Employees; and OPPBTP, Professional organization for the prevention of building and public works, and SNED.
