Get in touch with DESPE’s presentation at the Convention

“Controlled demolition of the Michelangelo Hotel” is the name of Stefano Panseri’s presentation. His presentation will unveil how DESPE faced the big project of replacing the existing hotel with a new 23-story office and coworking tower in Milan.

The demolition was part of a larger initiative to revitalize the area around Milan’s Central Station, including the construction of a new 90-meter tower with offices. The process involved a controlled deconstruction, where the old building is dismantled from top to bottom, and its materials are reused in the new construction.
