Meeting of the thematic group about “Sustainable use of natural resources”

The meeting was held in Brussels, Belgium, on October 23, in order to promote recycling and development of the waste management industry.

EDA is actively involved on this thematic group, as well as other activities of the High Level Forum, HLF, with the aim of formulating proposals on how to concretely proceed with the recommendation made by the HLF.

The first part of the meeting was composed by the key topic “A common European approach to assess the environmental performance of buildings”, with a seven speakers that presented interesting topics.

“Economic incentives to valorize Construction and Demolition (C&D) Waste” was the theme of the second part of the meeting with four panellists talking about the importance of a good practice in processing C&D waste.
