The general shareholders assembly of the NAD – National Association of Italian Demolition Companies – met on November 26, 2015 at the “Trussardi alla Scala” restaurant in Milan, for the usual end of the year meeting during which, in addition to the annual report, the assembly renewed office terms for the 2015-2018 three-year period.
The newly elected President was Mr. Emilio Omini, of the company F.lli Omini S.p.A., who will be assisted by Vice President Piero Montalbetti, of the company Montalbetti S.p.A., and Past President Giuseppe Panseri, of Despe S.p.A.
“I would like to thank all of you for your confidence – stated President Mr. Emilio Omini – and I shall strive to consolidate NAD’s significant role in spreading the culture and professionalism of our companies and strengthening our position in Italy and Europe. I will be assisted in achieving goals by the Board of Directors and Technical Commission: Strengthening the sense of belonging in our sector, consolidating NAD’s visibility in Italy and abroad, expanding and further involving the association base”.
“I am happy to offer my services to assist the new President in his duties – confirmed Vice President Mr. Piero Montalbetti – and to offer NAD may extensive experience in the sector and association”.
“I am happy to have contributed to the establishment of this association – stated the Past President, Mr. Giuseppe Panseri – and to have accompanied it to date and I am proud to hand over the position to Emilio Omini who I am confident will know how to meet the challenges of this new period that opens with renewed vigour. I would also like to thank all the partner companies and sponsors who supported us to date”.
Stefano Panseri – Despe S.r.l., Paolo Tininini – Corbat S.r.l., Pietro Cosola – Demolscavi S.a.s., Marco Tamberi – General Smontaggi S.p.A., Bruno Montalbetti – Montalbetti S.p.A: and Donato Zaccagnini – Somi Impianti Demolizioni S.r.l., will also act as Directors on the Board of Directors.
The Treasurer and Technical Commission members will be nominated during the next Board of Directors’ meeting.
