The company was present in the trade fair, where show the screening buckets line MVR and the CR80 crusher, among others developments.

The first to seize visitors’ attention was the huge CR80 crusher: 8,2 tons of high-resistant steel, this concrete crushers line are shaped by the several decades experience of MANTOVANIBENNE in the industry.

Knowing deeply the needs and the problems of the demolition professionals, every technical feature of the CR line has been sharpened to make crushing reinforced concrete easier and faster.

When it comes to recycling, the RP rotating pulverisers and fixed pulverisers MCP are the fittest choice to face all the operation, with a single tool.

Both lines are available in “IT” version, which means that removable plates are located inside the equipment’s jaws, right on the highest wear points; they can be replaced once worn, thus preserving the machine body integrity.

Unlike the MCP, the RP line is provided with 360° hydraulic rotation, making it a perfect tool for the proper demolition applications.

The first news released during BAUMA regards the Multisystem line: it was presented the brand new MS15 model, which extends downward the line fitting excavators from 10 to 21 tons.

The extremely high versatility of the Multisystems are the secret of their success: it’s the only tool which can take on 6 different kind of demolition/recycling jobs, just coupling the same machine body with the proper jaw configuration.

But the biggest news presented by MANTOVANIBENNE was about the screening buckets line MVR: the denomination change (now it’s MSB line) comes with a radical upgrade in design and functionality.

More compact, robust and with the possibility of rotating the basket in both directions, the new screening bucket particularly attracted visitors’ attention also for its unique MBI design.

The other product line that faced substantial technical changes is the GR Grapple, from now on “SGR”.

This is another equipment marked by high versatility: designed as a multi-function tool, it is dedicated to the demolition of non-reinforced structures as long as handling of any kind of material (debris, mixed waste, paper, wood, ecc.).

Recent upgrades are focused on improving their demolition capabilities, for example: double rotation motors, to get stronger and more precise movement even with high loads; hydraulic brake on cylinders, to extend integrity in time; block valve to keep the shells firmly closed during movements, thus preventing accidental load release.

Though it was not easy to bring on booth every line from the wide MANTOVANIBENNE range, visitors had the chance to see and touch even the most particular tools. For instance, the PB pile-breaker: the most quick and efficient way to crush reinforced piles, a kind of application that particularly grabbed visitors’ interest.

On booth it was also exposed the QPU30, the Universal Quick Coupler by MANTOVANIBENNE: the feature that makes it one of the best couplers on the market is the patented safety mechanism, named MBI-Lock.

This system activates firmly blocking the front pin of the tool, preventing any accidental fall of the equipment even in case of fail of the hydraulic circuit. In addition to this, the variable pins centre system allows hitching tools with any pins distance, without need to modify it.

The other giant made-in-MANTOVANIBENNE that most impressed visitors was the SH700, one of the biggest models from the “Eagle II” scrap shear line. 7,7 tons weight and 4 meters long, the Eagle head on the machine body is a renowned symbol of quality shears: thanks to all the technical details implemented in the line, the Eagle shears are positioned among the top brands of the industry.

Then, a corner on the booth has been dedicated to the mini-line: three tools with different purposes (SH50 shear, MCP300 pulveriser, CRH440 crusher) but all designed to fit mini and midi excavators, also robots.

A particular mention must go to the little mechanical engineering jewel that is the CRH440: this concrete crusher is unique on the market thanks to its Twin Booster (double pressure intensifier inside the cylinders, patented) and its light but tough design.
