Nuclear Decommissioning Conference in Manchester

The 5th Nuclear Decommissioning Conference is the key event for the professionals and companies related with end-of-life of nuclear facilities in Europe.
Since the nuclear decommissioning sector is progressing with a global investment in the industry expected to exceed €300 billion over the next twenty years, the conference aims to be a way to develop strategies to deliver cost-effective nuclear decommissioning and waste management programs.
During the event, the participants will be able to take lessons from the most influential international decommissioning projects from across Europe and the US.
Renowned experts will speak on waste treatment and geological disposal and all together will try to build a decommissioning and waste management strategy by implementing techniques from across the oil and gas and chemical disposal industries.
Over 250 participants are now confirmed to attend, including a delegation from the European Demolition Association, as the industry is very interested on this field.
The 5th Annual Nuclear Decommissioning Europe 2014 will be held on 7th and 8th May in Manchester, United Kingdom.
