The organization of the DDR Expo 2017 offers the opportunity of participating in its technical program through presentations related with C&D waste management or recycling, among others.

So, the trade fair is pleased to call for papers, where projects, case studies and initiatives about these topics are more than welcome.

The deadline to submit a paper is in February, 15, 2017, while the official notification of the selected paper is in February, 28.

General guidelines for submissions

Submissions have to be sent using the form available below.
The main language of the conference is English. All the submissions have to be done in English.
Commercial papers will not be accepted.
In order to ensure broad participation, abstracts are limited to one per author.
All the submissions accepted for presentations, would be disseminated by the organization, could be used as materials for publication in the association areas and will be included in the conference book.

General guidelines for speakers

If your abstract is selected, you will be automatically registered in the DDR Expo 2017. You will also receive an invitation for the private cocktail organized by EDA during the event.
All the presentations (PPT files shown on the screen and/or summary of the presentation) have to be done in English.
There will be simultaneous interpretation to several languages, depending on the demand of the participants. If there is interpretation from-to another language the speaker may do the presentation on that language, if not the presentation will have to be done in English.
In order to facilitate the simultaneous interpretation during the conferences, your presentation has to be delivered to the organization at least two weeks prior the event.
Submitting an abstract implies a commitment to attend and do the presentation at the DDR Expo 2017.
During the conferences, the speakers have to be available for questions and/or round table debate about the topics presented.
