TREVI BENNE, exhibitor at the Deconstruction Forum, has added two new products to its catalogue:

KOMATSU PC 1250-8R – 120 ton –

T.100 ROCK FACE SHOVEL

The company recently delivered the first of a total of 6 frontal face mining buckets T.100 HDVX for extraction and loading of abrasive material in six different African open day mines to the Mesa-Panafrican Group.

All these frontal face buckets are equipped with 6 complete Hensley XS115 teeth mounted on a 90 mm. thick semi-delta Hituf blade.

Bottom and sides are made of the anti-wear material Hardox450 and equipped with 2 side knife protections, 8 bottom corner shrouds, 5 lip shrouds between the teeth and 20 anti-wear buttons all Hensley make.

The exclusive distributor of TREVI BENNE products for Martinique and the Caribbean area “Caraibe Transfer” has just delivered an orange peel grapple model PE 500-4 with hydraulic rotor for a special project, installed on a modified “bigfloat” excavator based on the JCB JS210.

The equipment has been specially made for underwater use (cylinders with special marine paint, plumbing and stainless steel pins, bushings and seals for operating in salt water) for the movement of rock material up to 6.5 meters deep in the Caribbean.
