Inspired by the leadership, dedication, and work ethic required to be successful on the football field, the US National Demolition Association, NDA, chosen Play to Win as this year’s theme for its event, to be hel in January 29-31, 2017, in Las Vegas.
The NDA has prepared a new schedule of events, where the conference officially opens on Monday morning Keynote Speaker, Coach Herman Edwards and a special sit-down member breakfast, with a Committee and Board meetings and the 30th Annual Golf Tournament (to support the NDA Scholarship Program) the day before.
Mr. Ken Simonson, Chief Economist with the Associated General Contractors of America, will be the closing keynote speaker.
The construction industry has been growing faster than the overall economy, but doubts have arisen about the industry’s ability to keep expanding: are some segments overbuilt? Are materials prices about to spike? Can contractors find enough workers?
Mr. Simonson, one of the industry’s leading economists, will offer his forecasts for growth by segment, geography, materials and occupations.
