VERAS organizes a workshop on the trade fair Recycling 2014

VERAS, the Dutch Demolition Association, held a workshop for members on September 24th, including the participation of EDA Secretary General.
The European Commission is working on a review of the waste management framework.
The aim of the review is to help turn Europe into a circular economy, boost recycling, secure access to raw materials and create jobs and economic growth.
It does so by setting ambitious targets and adding key provisions on the instruments to achieve and to monitor them.
The European Demolition Association was represented on the workshop organized by VERAS by its Secretary General, Jose Blanco, who conducted a presentation entitled “Building on good practices in demolition”.
